What sets us apart is our big-picture approach. We’ve spoken with published authors, literary agents, and other publishing experts to find out what actually works in the querying process. This is something that we do on an on-going basis, to make sure our information is consistent, correct, and relevant. We share this information for free on YouTube, in blog posts, and on our social media channels.

Their US counterpart has also created their own, in-house AI, called PRH ChatGPT. Hachette UK encourages the use of AI for "operational uses."
